Aseka Exports was established in 1998 and is a manufacturer of quality home furnishings.

Located in Karur, in the southern part of India, a major sourcing center for home furnishings. We have an enviable reputation within the region for producing quality products.

We have a steadily growing customer base in countries like France, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, Japan and USA.

We are engaged in the export of the cotton home furnishing textile products, ‘the key soul to make our home a lively and a lovely place to live in’ provided with high level of quality and satisfaction to our customers.

Our recent focus is on the organic home furnishing products and high value Home textiles such as Mercerized, Gassed Mercerized Products etc.

Infrastructure

Our Factory has a built up area of 15000 Sq.ft located at the heart of Karur city equipped with all sophisticated machinery and man power.

Our sampling department is well versed in developing new fabrics / products from artwork provided by designers

We have good tie-up / relationship with factories we entrust for weaving / dyeing and printing

Full assistance and training programs are done periodically for the factory workers to maintain our standard of quality in each and every work done by us

PROCESS STEPS

InfraStructure

A design team to create trendy designs for every season to the customer's tastes and preferences.

Dyeing

We use premium quality dyes to prevent discolouration. The dyeing process is done seamlessly in order to prevent smearing or uneven colouring. We also take utmost care in making sure our products are free from harmful chemicals and hazardous dyes.

Weaving

We bring out various patterns and designs ranging through weaves. We merge traditional and innovation to create a unique touch to our products. Our weaving capacity ranges from plain weaves to jacquard weaves. We also bring in duck weaves, drill weaves, herringbone, dobby weaves, twill weaves, waffle weaves, terry weaves and much more. Our talented weavers put in lot of effort to create astounding results.

Printing

We design patterns using CAD and print them using hi-tech printers. We do foil printing, sublimation technique, Rotary printing, table printing and digital printing.

Stitching

our sewing department understands and acknowledges that a well designed textiles need a good sewing team to project its beauty. Our tailors bring out a well finished product with utmost care and responsibility. Once sewing is done, we double check to make sure the product we bring you is of absolute quality.

Quality Control

We at Aseka consider quality as our identity. We work hard in bringing out the bets qualitied articles to our customers. We check the product at every stage to avoid mistakes. Corrections are done using air pressure methods and with rubbers. We also check the fabric quality, colours and prints at our labs to bring out perfection.

Checking & Packing

Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. Our products are meticulously stuffed and packed by our experienced and enthusiastic workforce. We ship out our deliveries on time, taking the destination and statutory requirements into account.
